Been too, guess that is what happens when you have two very young boys. But I managed to brew this beer in time for the fall.
Above on the left is this brew.
I have made other brews like this one but I believe this one is a home run.
I love the notes of cinnamon and nutmeg and it doesn't have a too strong of whisky aroma or flavor for those that are not into that.
The one fun thing i did with this beer, is the oak chips were jack daniel oak chips and then it was soaked in Whisky but not for too long ( a few days). Also this is a variant of last year's
